“Our 12 days are over here in Cozumel, and we are reluctant to leave. Everyday we snorkeled on the reefs just in front of the property, and saw an incredible variety of fish. Sunday nights are a fiesta for families with clowns, and live music playing in the square. I went diving for the first time and was amazed at the coral reefs. Ricardo Garcia is a fantastic instructor- very knowledgeable and skilled. His wife Karen also teaches diving; both of them are just wonderful people."

The Villa was all we could have hoped for and more. Paquita was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The cooks were the best! We wanted to take them home with us. The Villa is just beautiful and the location was absolutely ideal. The attention to detail by the staff was very gratifying. We hate to go home, but we will be back! Thanks!

A little piece of Paradise! The sea and pool are absolutely great and with the new garden of trees make it like an oasis, so private and special. We swam and swam and loved every minute. Jose and Irena looked after us in the best possible way - squeaky clean and tidy everywhere. As for the catered food - what can we say? The cooks and helpers were excellent obliging - great, great Mexican food. Muchos Gracias!

Really enjoyed our stay. The snorkeling right off the beach was great. The diving with Papa Hogs was terrific! Fast boat - very good. The facilities and service were exceptional here, and we'd come again without hesitation. Superb.

Everything was wonderful! What a great vacation house! Paquita was so helpful. We looked forward to each of her visits to answer our multitude of questions...which she always answered! Jose and Irene did a great job taking care of us and the property. Snorkeling out front towards the dolphin pens...amazing! All in all a fantastic vacation! We will be back. Thanks.

Sun, sand, snorkeling and the blue, blue waters - breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute and made ourselves very much at home (in fact, it's a little more comfortable than home!) Hmmm...sad to go home...


We had a wonderful vacation here - the house is just great and the view out to the ocean is so beautiful! Did a lot of great dives - Palancar Gardens and Santa Rosa Wall were my favorites. Irene and Jose are wonderful and really made us feel pampered. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable - we'll defiantly be back.

The house was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have had a better view. This was our first trip and hopefully not the last. Javier and Gonzalo were great cooks and entertaining company. Javier makes the best margaritas on the island! Michel, Isabella and Paquita took great care of us as well.

What a great vacation! The house was perfect for us with two small kids, the view is beautiful and the pool was great. And I can't say enough about Irene, she was fantastic with my daughter. We'd love to come back someday.
