The house was great

Wanted to send you a quick note regarding our stay last week in Cozumel...first of all, the house was great!
It was exactly as described and everyone was more than comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Even though we were hampered a bit by Tropical Storm/Hurrican Ida, we had a great time.

The only thing missing was the "sun". Laura & Fernando were absolutely wonderful. They took care of our every need, which I hope werent too many.
For example, we almost always took care of getting our own taxis (unless they knew we were going somewhere and insisted). But, if Fernando saw us leaving he would always walk out with us to make sure drivers knew where to take us and to negotiate the best price.
My spanish is pretty good but it was great to have him looking out for us. Laura was so friendly and helpful as well. They are both extremely hard workers and obviously take pride in their jobs. You have a great asset in them & cant say enough good things about them.
Karen & Ricardo were also great. They came to greet us on Sunday and Karen came back on Tuesday to check in to make sure we were ok. I wish the weather had been a bit better so we could have snorkled with them. Maybe next time...
I appreciate all of your help and the opportunity to stay in your great house. It was very private, safe and well cared for. I would love to come back and bring my kids & can hopefully plan that in the future.
