We are a Canadian family who travelled to Cozumel and fell in love with the island. We have built two luxury vacation villas that we enjoy returning to time and again. We hope you will enjoy our homes and have a wonderful vacation experience.

We understand how precious vacation time is and we will try to match you with a home that will best suit your needs. In the rare case where we don't have a suitable home for you, we will tell you. We treat you the way we would like to be treated. And we stand by what we say.

Our Staff

Property Management
Our local property manager, Karen, is a warm and professional person who will see that your villa is comfortable and will assist you with your vacation planning.

Maid Service
Maid service is provided 6 days per week (no service on Sundays and holidays) at no extra charge. A tip for the maid service is not included and would be appreciated if you are satisfied with the service.

Cook Service
You are on vacation. Planning and cooking meals can be a laborious task so we highly recommend our cook service. Our cook will take care of the shopping, meal preparation, serving and clean up. Bring your appetite and enjoy a taste of local Mexican cuisine. If you have special dietary restrictions, or wish to celebrate a special occasion (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) please let us know in advance and we will try to accomodate your needs.
